USAGE INFO :
1. Roll meat, poultry, shrimp, fish or vegetables in tempura batter mix or flour and coat evenly. 2. Dip the prepared food into mixture of one beaten egg with 2-3 tablespoon of water and a dash of salt. 3. Roll in breadcrumbs until well coated and fry in hot oil at 170℃ until golden/brown.
